How do I track progress?

Through the weekly dashboard with lead time, throughput, rework, risks and pending decisions.

You set priorities and acceptance criteria; we direct the work and take responsibility for the person, their performance and any replacement.

We are accountable for the entire workstream, with an SLA and executive reporting; you work at the strategic level.

Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of production systems, with a response SLA and a transition plan.

The entry point. A conversation with a senior engineer that ends with a risk map, even if you don't hire us.

You leave the conversation with a risk map, even if you don’t hire CG Tech.
